Summary: EduMock provides digital educational services. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused portions of a subscription, or exam performance. Limited exceptions apply for verified technical failures on our end. Please read this Policy in full before purchasing.
1. Overview
EduMock, operated by Rahul Pawar (Maharashtra, India), provides access to digital educational content including study materials, AI-powered mock tests, performance analytics, and AI-generated summaries ("Services"). Because access to these Services is granted immediately upon payment and the content is digital and non-returnable in nature, all sales are final.
This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law. Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Once a payment is successfully processed and access to the Platform or any premium feature is activated, no refund, credit, or exchange will be provided for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind or decision not to use the Platform after purchase.
- Unused portion of a Subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with exam scores, AI-generated content, or exam preparation outcomes.
- Failure to pass any examination after using EduMock.
- Unawareness of the terms, features, or limitations of the Plan at the time of purchase.
- Circumstances arising from your device, internet connectivity, or browser incompatibility.
- Cancellation of your account by us due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
3. Exceptions — Verified Technical Failure
A refund or pro-rated account credit may be considered solely at EduMock's discretion, and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The Platform was completely inaccessible to you for more than 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days during your active Subscription period; and
- The inaccessibility was caused by a verified technical failure on EduMock's infrastructure, and was not attributable to scheduled maintenance (of which notice was given), a force majeure event, your internet service provider, your device, or any third-party service; and
- You reported the issue in writing to help@edumock.in within 15 (fifteen) days of the commencement of the outage, with sufficient detail (date, time, error description, screenshots if applicable).
Where all conditions are satisfied, EduMock may, at its sole discretion, provide a pro-rated credit for the verified period of complete inaccessibility only, applied to your account for future use. No cash refund is guaranteed under this exception.
4. Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical error in our payment processing system, we will refund the excess amount to the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon verification of the duplicate transaction. You must report suspected duplicate charges to help@edumock.in within 7 days of the transaction date, with your transaction reference number.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EduMock's financial liability to you — whether for a refund, compensation, or any other claim arising in connection with a payment — exceed the total amount actually paid by you to EduMock for the subscription period in question. This limitation is cumulative across all claims and is in addition to, and not in derogation of, the Limitation of Liability clause in our Terms and Conditions.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, you must contact EduMock at help@edumock.in and allow us a reasonable opportunity (at least 7 business days) to resolve your concern.
Initiating an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback — i.e., a chargeback for a legitimate transaction where the Services were accessible and delivered — constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, recovery of the disputed amount, and/or legal action. EduMock reserves the right to contest any chargeback it determines to be unwarranted.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes to This Policy
